Meindful plans to use ActiveCampaign as a customer relationship management and email marketing provider, with marketing messages sent from bonnie@bonniemeinders.com. When ActiveCampaign is active, it may process information such as your name, email address, business information, sign-up source, consent or preference records, tags, email delivery status, and engagement information such as opens and link clicks, to the extent those features are enabled.
Marketing consent must be optional and separate from any required acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not prevent Meindful from sending non-marketing communications that are necessary to respond to your request or provide agreed services.
